Greetings from Idaho!

When we left Three Hills last Sunday, it was cold and we still had snow.

Here in Nampa, Idaho spring is already in full swing. The grass is green, the trees are blooming and the temperature is up in the 2-digit range. However we are not here to enjoy the climate but to attend two more weeks of training at the MAF US headquarters.

This first week has been very informative as we had classes on cultural awareness, spiritual issues and practical living overseas. This coming week we will be briefed on conflict resolution and will attend a marriage/relationship seminar.

Jean is staying with the same baby-sitter he had in January, which we are thankful for. A few days ago he started to walk on his own. He will turn 1 in a couple of weeks.
