Back in Three Hills

We are back in Three Hills, tired but thankful for the 2 weeks we were able to spend at the MAF-US headquarters in Nampa, Idaho.

We've been encouraged by the servant heart of the staff, renewed in our faith and challenged in our walk with the Lord.
As for Jean he has enjoyed staying with the babysitter right from the start, which was a big relief for his parents! Thank you for your prayers.

On Thursday we will go to Calgary for some blood work and X-rays that need to be done before the operation. The surgery itself will start early on Friday morning and last between 6 to 8 hours followed by a 2 to 4 hour recovery time. Depending on the outcome I will then spend 3 to 5 days in the neurosurgery intensive care unit.

Cecile and Jean will be able to stay with friends who live only 15 minutes away from the hospital. They will update you on the results of the surgery as soon as they will be back in Three Hills (probably Sunday night).
